If your item arrives damaged, we'll make it right! Here's what to do:
What we'll do: We'll issue a full refund or work with you on another solution, depending on the item and damage. Many vintage items are irreplaceable, so a replacement may not always be possible. In those cases, a refund is typically the best route.
Please note: Shipping carriers may require the damaged item and packaging as part of their claim process. We may ask you to hold onto the item and materials until the claim is resolved.
If we've sent the wrong item or something is missing from your order:
We'll work quickly to correct the issue, which may include a replacement (when possible) or a refund.
Because our items are vintage and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
We do our best to provide clear photos and descriptions, including measurements and noted imperfections, so you can shop with confidence. If you have questions about a piece, please reach out before purchasing — we're always happy to provide additional details or photos.
All items sold through Vintage Glow Revival are pre-loved and may show signs of age or use. We believe this adds character and charm, but we also understand it's important to know what to expect.
We carefully inspect each item and describe notable flaws such as chips, cracks, discoloration, or wear. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing.
If you feel an item was significantly misrepresented in the listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation together.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
In some cases (such as damage claims through a shipping carrier), the timeline for resolution may depend on the carrier’s process. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
If you purchased through our Etsy shop, some policies and processes (especially around shipping claims and refunds) may also be subject to Etsy’s platform rules. We’ll work within both our shop policies and Etsy guidelines to support you.
