Vintage Glow Revival offers curated vintage and small-batch apothecary products. Because most items are one-of-a-kind and many purchases are completed through Etsy, refunds and returns are handled carefully and transparently.
Most purchases are completed through Etsy and are subject to Etsy’s policies. Refunds for Etsy orders are processed through Etsy in accordance with their system.

All vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of age or gentle wear. These characteristics are part of vintage charm and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately, including any notable flaws observed at the time of listing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
This allows us to file a carrier claim or resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items.
Returns may be considered only if an item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged, and must follow Etsy’s return process where applicable.
Due to hygiene considerations, apothecary products are not eligible for return once opened or used.
